When I moved here, I didn't have my car, so the fact its literally a 5-7 minute walk to the ocean is wonderful and one block from the water that I can see from my balcony. The rooftop tennis deck and track is amazing. I have had 5 people come over and I take them on tours like I work for Greystar. Everyone's jaws drop from the moment that walk past the leasing office. The GYM is like staying in a 5 star hotel with the right amount of equipment for everything.

Some of my favorite items include the rooftop tennis court, lap pool, BBQs, gym, spin/yoga studio, and the list goes on. Now that we are settled in, we couldn't be happier. Also, Rosa in the leasing office was amazing to work with. She was very informative and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I can't say enough about the level of customer service before and after moving in.
